I need to be refunded for a Microsoft Office 365 subscription that I did not authorize nor was I told information technology was up for a renewal. I input my new carte, not knowing yous would have advantage and just charge me $99.99 for a production I don't or haven't used!

I am having the same issue!! This is a make new laptop, and I used what was on information technology and I did not sign up for microsoft 365. I could not because I am broke, so how could I afford it and second, I do not fifty-fifty know what it does! I am frustrated because it took my neb money and I need a refund so my apartment can get paid! I got charged 99.00 plus taxation 104.44.

I need a refund also. My credit card was prepare two expire two months before my subscription renewal, and somehow Microsoft ran the expired card and it was successfully charged. logging in, Microsoft nonetheless notifies me to update my expired credit menu. I purposefully did not update the card every bit i was not planning to renew my subscription. I've never had this happen using a credit bill of fare earlier, and I do non consent to this charge.
