Package delivered damaged

Parcel delivered damaged - Contents too damaged - USPS has not replied to the claim i lodged over a month ago.

The recipient contacted me regarding the delivery they received by USPS where the parcel and contents were badly damaged. I couldn't believe that a courier would deliver a parcel in that condition.

Both myself and the recipient opened a example on the USPS website just have not received any replies yet, over 1 month ago

these are the nigh unprofessional people always. My packet went out for delivery may 31st! It's now waiting "delivery scan " after already being out for commitment ? I called to speak with someone and GHETTO. The lady that answered took my information then proceeded to try to put the "carrier" on the phone to tell me what happened to my package, in what globe does that make sense ? After existence on the phone with them for most 20mins with no answers and having to listen to them become back and forth in the background I hung up and chosen back, this time I'g pissed off bc now y'all are playing with my stuff.
The lady that answers decides she didn't want me to help me i'chiliad getting smart— she hangs upwards on me so I decided to go in, when I go in that location they tell my package was sent back bc my name wasn't on mailbox ? but my apartment number was and NONE of residents names are on the mailboxes and nosotros still get our post! no i even tried to knock when we went back to see the cameras ! So now I'm request if it'due south in the render to sender box why can't I see that on my finish ? They couldn't answer that question, I chosen another usps and they said it was never even sent off? Then therefore someone either stole my bundle or simple these people aren't doing there task. I've been dealing with them since 9am this morning. I've put in serval complaints shortly after. Hopefully I can discover out what REALLY happened to my package.

9 days to become 180 miles?? Envelope from Detroit routed thru Indianapolis, then to Atlanta where it spent vi days going nowhere. Finally left Atlanta for original destination of South Curve, IN. Tracking number verifies this total, only typical USPS SNAFU!

I now understand why the postal service is in financial trouble. A package that was shipped to my address in Wilmington, NC arrived at a sorting facility here in Wilmington 2 days ago. The package was then sent to the Charlotte sorting facility earlier bring shipped "Dorsum" to Wilmington. That is called inefficiency. No private business could operate this way and stay solvent for long.

I asked a friend of mine to send a bundle for me from South El Monte, California to Berkeley, California. Non that far, right (nearly 500 miles)? Oh boy, did they brand a boo-boo out of this!

The postman could not deliver the package to an apartment building, then he went back a second time and found he However couldn't deliver it to the SAME apartment edifice. Seriously! Would the apartment miraculously become a house somehow? And the idiot then left the slip with the wrong postcode (instead of 94704, he left a slip with the postcode 94702 and then the package was later sent to 94710 for some unfathomable reason), and so the package could not even exist picked up. Wow...I know they are not too vivid, simply this really takes the biscuit!

My parcel has been going to all the wrong places – places that can't even exist reached like 94710 – and and then it got bounced around until it finally returned to the sender over a calendar month after. Seriously! Do they turn upward for work without the do good of a operation brain?!

To call USPS useless and the people who work for them stupid and incompetent is an insult to stupid and incompetent people!

How a rubbish company similar USPS can exist in these solar day and age? Unproblematic, merely by beingness typical Americans and work for the regime – go along to belief in their own praises and sit on their laurels, and show no intelligence or professionalism in anything they practice. I am sure, with some training, some primates tin can exercise a better chore than they can.

USPS + Shipping Partners = Disaster

I ordered a particular on May x, 2022 from an online retailer and received an email on the tenth indicating the shipping characterization was created and is awaiting pick-upwards from Jamaica, NY past the USPS and/or a individual shipping partner. (even thought I requested no USPS aircraft) On May 16th, the 'shipping partner' finally picked upwards the package and brought it to it's facility in Queens NY, held it for 7 days, and then on May 23rd, dropped the parcel off at the USPS facility in Queens NY.
On May 24th it departed Queens and arrived in Indianapolis.
On May 25th, it departed Indy and made information technology to the USPS facility in Pontiac, Mi. where information technology so departed to my local P.O. and will be delivered on May 26th. My question is why did it accept the aircraft partner thirteen days to go the package and deliver to the USPS, in which it then took 3 days to get to me in Roseville, Mi?
Does DeJoy, with all of his conflicts of interest and desire to destroy the USPS, make more money the longer his 'shipping partners' take to deliver a package to the USPS facility? I'll bet he does.
16 days to receive a package thats 650 miles away is ridiculous, specially when the aircraft partner had it for 13 days. Of grade, this latest feel is meliorate then the last time I had a parcel shipped by the USPS and it's 'partners' in June 2021. A computer CD I had purchased from a Thou Rapids, Mi. company, 140 miles away, took 27 days.

Sent a watch to U.s. for repair

Sent a watch to USA for repair, return was handled by USPS who handed me a beak for £151 quid including £xc quid import tax, they too sent a e-mail this morn saying that they'd attempted a delivery at ten.50am accept also received a email from parcelforce who when I paid this bill gave me a delivery date of the 24th may, I don't think any of these clowns know what they're doing, woman at parcelforce says that they haven't attempted to deliver my parcel while USPS says they have, you tin can't talk to anyone at USPS because they give no contact details for them, Typical american company who simply blast their mode through life and to hell with the consequences, Now I've got to fight my mode through yougov bureaucracy to get my £90 quid back, I suppose they'll give some excuse to hang onto my money.
